METU Development Foundation Board Resolution

At its meeting held on 29 January 2026, the Board of the METU Development Foundation resolved to establish a scholarship program with the aim of supporting the uninterrupted continuation of academic activities at the University, enhancing the quality of education, strengthening the culture of academic continuity, and encouraging the recruitment of qualified international research students.

Within the scope of this resolution, it has been stipulated that scholarships will be provided to support research activities, a total budget of TRY 300,000 will be allocated for the year 2026, relevant information on international research students will be requested from the respective University units, and the program will be implemented as an incentive scheme in line with the Foundation’s educational objectives.

The resolution was adopted unanimously.
