Dear Researchers,
The applications for the first term of 2026 for the “1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program” carried out by the TÜBİTAK Research Support Programs Directorate (ARDEB), has been launched on January 21st , 2026.
Applications for this program must be made through the Project Application System (PBS) using an e-signature. The deadline for completing online application approvals is March 2nd, 2026, and the deadline for electronic signature procedures for projects whose online applications have been completed is March 5th, 2026.
For the 2026 period, the maximum project budget has been increased to 3 million TRY, and the application forms have been revised accordingly. Applicants are required to use the updated application forms when submitting their proposals.
Additionally, specifically for 1001 calls, pre-evaluation support will be provided by the Project Support Office for project applications. For pre-evaluation support, if it is needed, please contact pdo@metu.edu.tr
